This website is run by Mabz, trading as Pursuit Media, based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. I'm responsible for the personal data collected here. Questions about it can go to mabz@pursuit-media.com.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, monthly media budget and message, plus the page you sent it from.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to set that work up. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps you ask for before we agree any work.

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the contact form to my inbox. My email provider stores the resulting email.

Vercel hosts this website and, like any web host, processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

Web fonts load from Google Fonts and a few images from Pexels, so your browser shares your IP address with them when the page loads.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together, in which case I keep what's needed for the work and for legal and tax records.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing mabz@pursuit-media.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
